Ashley Hill is dedicated to ensuring you are pleased with the merchandise you purchase from us. We offer a money back guarantee for unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) should be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories. Please contact us via Email at: info@ashleyhill.net or call us at (877) 801-5048 for complete instructions on how to handle the return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) will be issued and at the same time you will be instructed where to return the merchandise. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, we recommend sending the product via a traceable carrier (ie: UPS, FedEx) and insured for the value of the contents. The cost of the merchandise, minus shipping will be refunded to you.
 
Defective & Damaged Merchandise
Defective or damaged goods must be noted at time of delivery on packing list and
we must be notified within 24 hours. Ashley Hill will refund you the total cost of your order (including shipping) and reimburse you for the cost of returning the merchandise to us. Please remember to keep the box and packing material the merchandise arrived in. We can replace the unused damaged merchandise or issue a refund once the damaged item has been returned to us.

Shipping and Delivery
Most, but not all, orders within the continental United States are shipped via FedEx Ground Service. Orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be notified. Normal delivery within the continental United States is 2-6 business days. Shipments destined for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, or International addresses will be charged "actual freight" charges. You will be contacted via Email to inform you of the charges and confirmation that you accept the additional costs. Import duties and taxes will be borne by the recipient. Ashley Hill cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Freight will have options depending upon weight and distance from the warehouse.

Need your shipment quickly? Indicate in the comment section of your order that you require expedited delivery. We will Email you with your options and the costs that will be added to your order total for consideration. Once we receive your reply, your order will be processed and shipped. We offer expedited services through Federal Express.
